We are experts in NEC, JCT, FIDIC, RIAI and Public Works contracts.  In our training sessions, we use our expert knowledge of these forms of contract – along with “war stories” from our dispute resolution experience – to show project teams how to administer contracts to their advantage and how to avoid common pitfalls.  Our training sessions are all based on real life examples to ensure that project teams can apply theory to practice.
