Our Director and lead consultant William Brown was recently appointed by the NEC4 drafting committee to draft a new secondary option Y(NI) – to make the suite of NEC4 contracts compatible with works in Northern Ireland.
Y(NI) updates the dispute resolution and payment provisions of the NEC4 contracts to account for the laws of Northern Ireland i.e. the Construction Contracts (NI) Order 1997.
